01 · Overview
We aim to ship your order quickly and securely so your cards arrive in the condition you expect. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You receive an email confirmation once your order is submitted.
Items are verified, packed, and prepared for dispatch.
A tracking number is shared once your parcel leaves our facility.
03 · Shipping methods
Available shipping methods may vary depending on your location and will be shown at checkout. Options typically include:
Standard shipping
Cost-effective shipping option with slightly longer transit times suitable for most orders.
Self pickup
Collect your order in person from our pickup location. No shipping fee.
04 · Coverage & estimated timelines
Delivery timelines depend on courier performance, distance, and local conditions. As a general guideline:
Within Malaysia
Typically 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on region and courier workload.
International (if enabled)
Timelines vary by country and customs clearance. Exact estimates will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Public holidays, customs inspections, and courier delays may extend delivery times beyond the estimates shown.
05 · Packaging & handling
Trading cards and related items are packed with care to minimize movement and protect against bending or edge damage.
- Singles may be shipped in sleeves and/or top loaders, then placed into a protective mailer or box.
- Sealed products are packed to reduce crushing risk while maintaining original packaging integrity where possible.
- Large orders may be split into multiple parcels for safety or courier requirements.
06 · Tracking, delays & lost parcels
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link or reference will be shared where supported by the selected courier.
Delays
Courier delays, weather conditions, customs checks, and peak seasons (such as holidays) may extend delivery times beyond estimates.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can review with the courier.
Certain resolutions (refunds, replacements, or store credit) may depend on the outcome of the courier's investigation.
