Because we deal with sealed products and collectibles, most purchases are treated as final. We only review specific cases such as damage, defects, or wrong items received.

All sales on TCGSideShop are treated as final due to the nature of sealed products and collectibles. However, we do review cases involving damaged, defective, or wrong items received at our discretion.
Final Sale Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind after purchase or buyer's remorse.
- Preference-based reasons (e.g. pull results, card grades, or expectations of value).
- Minor cosmetic imperfections on outer packaging that do not affect the sealed product.
Why this policy exists
To protect the integrity of sealed products and collectibles, we cannot resell items once they leave our controlled environment. This helps keep the hobby fair and consistent for all customers.
When We Review Your Case
We may review and assist on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:
Damaged Items
The product itself is clearly damaged or defective upon arrival (not just the shipping box).
Wrong Item Received
The product you received does not match your confirmed order (e.g. incorrect set).
Resolutions (replacement, refund, or store credit) are subject to stock availability.
How to Report an Issue
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Follow these steps:
Inspect Order
Keep all original packaging, shipping labels and items as they arrived.
Contact Support
Reach out via email or phone with your order number and a description of the issue.
Provide Photos
Include clear photos of the item and packaging to expedite the review.
