All sales on TCGSideShop are treated as final due to the nature of sealed products and collectibles. However, we do review cases involving damaged, defective, or wrong items.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase or buyer's remorse.
  • Preference-based reasons (e.g. pull results, card grades, or expectations of value).
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections on outer packaging that do not affect the sealed product.

Why this policy exists

To protect the integrity of sealed products and collectibles, we cannot resell items once they leave our control. This helps keep the hobby fair and consistent for all customers.

03 · When we can review your case

We may review and assist on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

Damaged or defective items

The product itself is clearly damaged or defective upon arrival (not just the shipping box or minor cosmetic scuffs).

Wrong item received

The product you received does not match your confirmed order (e.g. incorrect set, quantity, or item type).

Any review or resolution (replacement, partial refund, or store credit) is subject to stock availability and internal verification.

04 · How to report a damaged or incorrect order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order.

Check your items upon delivery and keep all original packaging and labels.

Reach out via email or phone with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Include photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage to help us review quickly.

What happens next

Once we receive your details, we'll review the case and update you on the next steps. Resolutions may include a replacement, partial refund, or store credit, depending on the situation.
